It offers various on-line career assessments, including the Self-Directed Search and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter. In addition to assessment instruments and labor market information, the web site includes a complete California Career Planning Guide, available for downloading, with questions to prompt career self-assessment, resume examples and interview and job seeking tips.
